2. Order Acceptance and Product Fulfillment
A. Made-to-Order Products
All products sold on our site are made-to-order using a Print-on-Demand (POD) fulfillment model. This means that items are created specifically for you after your order is placed.
B. Production Time
You acknowledge that the total time until delivery includes both a Production Time (the time it takes for our fulfillment partners to create the item) and a separate Shipping Time. Production times may vary, especially during peak seasons.
C. Product Descriptions
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, photos, and sizing guides. However, colors, size exactness, and print placement may vary slightly due to the nature of the POD process and differences in monitor displays.
3. Pricing and Payment
A. Pricing
All prices listed on the Service are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
B. Payment
We use third-party payment processors [e.g., Stripe, PayPal] to handle all transactions. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (or our processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.
4. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery
A. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, etc.). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
B. Delivery Delays
We are not liable for any delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs issues, or force majeure events.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy reflects our custom-made, Print-on-Demand model.
A. Strict Policy
All sales are considered final except for instances involving manufacturing defects, printing errors, or if the wrong item was shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind).
B. Defective/Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within [30] days of delivery, as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy. We will then process a free replacement or issue a refund.
